Unlike with other Nobu establishment where you can get away with showing up on the night when they are not too busy and get a table, here at UBON you will have to book in advance. Our members have dubbed it the best place to entertain clients in Canary Wharf and they only have amazing things to say about it. They have the best cocktail selection and if you are going to entertain clients we would have to agree with our members and say it is absolutely perfect to close that all-important deal. On a recent trip out there we decided on the chef's special which took a few hours to savour and go through their perfect selection of sushi and sashimi. Prepared to perfection was the yellow tail with jalapeno peppers, crispy rock tempura topped with chilly mayonnaise and the exceptional black cod with miso marinade. It is a perfect setting with unparalleled views, exceptional staff, food and drinks, making it a must place for business Tramps entertaining important clients.
