Year in and year out this amazing restaurant has much to be proud of, with everyone still flocking the place to taste their amazing dishes and take part in an experience befitting any self-respecting connoisseurs of fine food and wine. As you arrive you are welcomed by impeccable service both by the staff from the Mandarin Oriental as well as the staff flustering around you in the restaurant. The most amazing paysage of Hyde Parke serves as a perfect backdrop to the amazing culinary haute couture coming out of the kitchen. On a recent visit we were bedazzled by some of their most known dishes - roast aborigine velouté, served chilled with baked goats’ cheese, piquillo peppers, confit cherry tomatoes & pesto-encrusted Pôilaine croutons. This was followed by tender slow-roast pork belly with Asian-spiced marmalade & lightly cooked pak choy, ahead of lovingly crafted petits-fours with coffee. Their cocktail and wine list is fabulous if you decide to start your night with cocktails at the bar, and move on to wine at dinner - you are sure to have your taste buds tickled. Ensure you book well in advance even if you are staying at the hotel.
